I booked an appointment with Dr Kareem Ali on Saturday 15 at 11:40.Iwas waiting for Dr call from 10 to 4:00 .nobody called I reported that to the team work.instead for sending me regret message and apologize for the inconvenience.They were asking repeated question about my payment.10 min appointment took me all day.I was on vacation with my kids and I had to stay in my room all day Ling.
