This is our agreement, and these are the conditions for registering for training meetings with Dr Karim Ali:

When completing your registration, please write in your notebook the date and timing of the meeting, the subject of the meeting and your registration confirmation number.

The first message: Immediately after your registration, we will send you a confirmation of your registration by email.

If you do not receive this email after ten minutes, please see in the spam folder. Our email may be there. If not, please log-in to our website again here, through this link, and make sure that the email address with which you registered is correct. If there is any problem, we kindly ask you to immediately contact the working team on our website to help you.

The second message: one day before the date of the meeting, we will send you an e-mail with the link to participate in the meeting.

If you do not receive that email and the link to participate, please have a look in your spam folder. Our email may be there. If you did not receive that email with the link to participate in the meeting until the evening before the meeting, please contact the team on our website at the latest, two hours before the meeting.

Please do not wait until the meeting has already started to contact us and ask for immediate help and instantaneously the link to participate in the meeting! It is your responsibility to contact us two hours before the meeting.

Don’t blame our team and say “they were late in giving me the link!”

Contact the team no later than two hours before the meeting. This is an essential part of this agreement between you and us.

This is our agreement. We will respect all our obligations and ask you to respect it as well. Failure to adhere to this agreement means that we will apologize for not accepting any request to return the registration free or any other form of compensation.

If you forgot the meeting, did not check your email or did not contact us two hours before the date of the meeting (the date of your communication with the team on our website is recorded automatically), and you missed part of the meeting or all of the meeting, this is not our mistake and we apologize for not accepting any request to return the registration fee or any other form of compensation.
